Shipping;

Orders placed before 1pm will be prepared and handed over to the courier on the same day with the best of hopes & intentions that it will arrive with you safely the next working day. 

 

We ship orders Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays & holidays.

Please note that we require your Eircode and mobile phone number when filling in your details to ensure you get the best delivery service from our couriers. 

We offer the following delivery options; 

1. Click and collect, order online to secure your items & collect it from us usually within 1 hour during opening hours - €0.00

2. Next day delivery (usually DPD, but sometimes we may need to use another method depending on availability) - €7.99

3. Free delivery on orders over €75.00 

Returns Policy;

We want you to be delighted with your purchases! Sometimes, we do change our mind though don't we, sure we're a fickle bunch!

 

If you do change your mind, you can return your purchase to us in its original condition within 14 days. You’ll just need the receipt, order confirmation, or sales invoice and we will exchange the product or issue a credit. Few things to note;

Products must be returned to our shop in Clondalkin, whether bought in-store or online.

Returns by post or other will be at your own expense and risk, we must be notified in advance and we cannot be held responsible for purchases that do not make it back to us. We especially don't advise returning paint by post or courier.

We do not offer a refund for returned goods - we can only offer a credit note or an exchange for value of purchase. Delivery charges will not be refunded and if you have availed of free delivery, we may deduct the value of the delivery charge from your credit/refund. 

We are unable to offer exchange for products which are on sale, gift cards, are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, or which can be affected by climate or storage, including some paint products. Allow me to give you an example; if someone purchases a pot of paint, leaves it in their car with the sun beaming down on it or in place where it can freeze & thaw for 6 days and then returns it. It looks perfect, but it is the unfortunate following customer who ends up with the compromised pot of paint! I don't want to do that to any of our customers so return of paint will be on a discretionary basis and must be within 14 days of purchase.   

If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. 

Any breakages or damages must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt of goods.

 

Please contact us immediately if you are unhappy with your delivered purchase. We will endeavour to resolve any issues as quickly and efficiently as possible. 

Returns will only be accepted on goods that have been returned and received in saleable and good condition. 

Refunds (if applicable) will be provided back in the original tender. Credit card refunds must be processed back onto the original credit card.

NOTE: YOUR CONSUMER RIGHTS ARE NOT AFFECTED.
